Introduction

Welcome to WGP Wholesale Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

WGP Wholesale Limited is a family-run Irish business established in 1999. We are a 100% Irish owned company based in Carrick, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo.

Ordering & Payment Terms

Payment Terms

Existing Customers: Orders are on a 30-day payment basis from date of invoice.
New Customers: Orders will be on a Pro-Forma basis (payment required before dispatch).

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Online Banking (Bank Transfer)
Bank Draft / Cheque (Please allow 3-5 working days for clearance)

Delivery

Orders placed and paid for by 12pm each day can be delivered within 48 hours.
Delivery charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Claims & Damages Policy

Important: Claims for shortages or damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

How to report a claim:

Take clear photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.
Email images to sales@wgpwholesale.com
Include your order number and contact details.
Damaged goods will then be collected from you.

Note: Claims received after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Title & Risk

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of WGP Wholesale Limited until paid for in full with no exceptions.

This means that until full payment has been received, we retain ownership of the goods. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods.

Wholesale Terms

Trade Only: We are a strictly trade-only supplier. All customers must have a valid wholesale account to place orders.

Account Approval: New accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Minimum Order: Minimum order quantities may apply. Please check individual product listings for details.

Pricing: All prices are in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions:

Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Exceptions: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. This includes custom engraved or personalized memorial items.

Governing Law
